WHAT IS THE SENIOR FITNESS CHALLENGE?
A progressive 8-week group exercise program designed to transform your health and your body.
You will leave this program with more strength, flexibility, balance, core strength, endurance, and energy than you thought was possible at your age.
Fitness expert J.D. Doyle will teach you the best exercises, the best eating habits, and the best stretches so that you can live life to the fullest and grow 10 years younger.
WHEN & WHERE IS IT?
Every Tuesday & Thursday afternoon from 4:30-5:30pm in the Conference Room A at Colonial Oaks Park, from January 13 to March 5, 2009.
WHAT DO I BRING?
All you need is a bottle of water, a sweat towel, a yoga or pilates mat... and a whole lotta determination!!
We provide the rest.
WHO SHOULD PARTICIPATE?
Anyone age 60 and over who is in good health and has their doctor’s consent to participate in a moderate to vigorous exercise program. Beginners are welcome.
WHY SHOULD I PARTICIPATE?

WHAT DOES IT COST
?OPTION # 1: $180 for 12 sessions (out of 16)
There will be a total of 16 sessions over 8 weeks. I recommend most people register for 12 sessions out of 16. This allows for some flexibility if you are out of town for a week or two, or if you get sick, or have some other unforseen emergency. If you do make 12 sessions and want to add a few more at Weeks 7 & 8, you are welcome to pay for them at that time.
OPTION # 2: $220 for all 16 sessions (save $20)
If you have no travel plans, rarely get ill, and are 100% determined to transform your health and your physique, this option is for you. By paying for all 16 session, you save $20. But please be forewarned: there are no refunds, extensions, or make-up days with this option.
OPTION # 3: $120 for 8 sessions (out of 16)
If you can only commit to once a week, or if you want to try it twice a week for the first month to see how it goes, this is the best option. You can use these 8 sessions any time during the 2 month series.
